I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were courteous. Its location was great and absolutely perfect in the Roanoak area.

Clean, affordable hotel

The room is reasonably priced. The bathroom is large. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff are amicable. The property's location is perfect, close to a restaurant, major shopping center, dining options, fueling options, downtown Roanoke.

This place had a friendly check-in process, comfy beds in the rooms, and a great location just a 10-minute drive from the airport.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very pleasant. I greatly enjoyed my room - large and updated with a comfortable bed. The location is good and unbeatable.

The hotel has a great location, close to Roanoke and convenient for travelers going from Upstate New York to Atlanta. Nearby restaurants, pubs, shopping, and entertainment options are easily accessible from the hotel.

The rooms with a jacuzzi were a real treat! 😊 The staff all around the hotel were super nice and made our stay even better.

As a tired traveler enroute to Atlanta, I found a convenient stop just off I81. The location of the hotel right off the freeway made it easy to find and saved me time. The clean and comfortable room provided a much-needed rest for the night. The friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in and out process. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day. The hotel also had laundry facilities and a small pool on the first floor for added convenience.

The parking lot layout could be improved for those towing trailers, as maneuvering can be difficult.

The food was good and plenty to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and I never heard any noise from the hall or any rooms. I really liked the area because it's right off the freeway, very easy to find. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. I felt very safe staying here. That says a lot when your a woman and traveling alone. Didn't have to go far to get food or to the store. I will stay here anytime I may travel through this area again.

For me there wasn't anything I didn't like. I will stay here again without a doubt!!

The breakfast was good, but there weren't enough tables for everyone.

The air conditioner was too loud and didn't maintain an even temperature. The swimming pool was down for maintenance. When I got my bill, the total was not the amount shown on the internet site that I originally book on. The clerk adjusted the amount to correspond with the internet quote.

The room here was very clean and modern, with a jacuzzi and a pleasant pool, and breakfast had a variety of tasty options.

The rooms were peaceful and comfortable during our stay on our journey back from a long trip, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Roanoke for a hiking trip and had a great experience. the location was perfect as it was right off the highway and easy to find. It felt very safe in that area. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and providing directions when needed. The room was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options including cereals and pastries. it was a pleasant stay for the price and the staff made it even better.

All in all, everything was just fine during my stay.

Your bed was horrible, we didn't sleep all night, thought you were known for your wonderful mattresses but this one was cheap and uncomfortable
